Yorkshire CC had to admit they were institutionally racist in
order to retain test ground status. It's why several players
refused to take part in the review. The outcome was
predetermined

As a mixed race sort of chap, can I ask what exactly hip hop is
and why are fans/adherents given special dispensation to say
what they like?

Ah well, Bolly - or should I call you Nigga? Hip hop is largely
synonymous with rap. No doubt, as a mixed race person, you have
The Sugarhill Gang's "Rappers Delight" in your vast collection
of rapping music - you should listen to it as apparently the
opening lyrics are how Hip Hop got its name.
