       Not too bothered about Lenny (although he was poor yesterday)
       but some of Lynagh’s defensive work was odd and David had a mare
       in the second half.  For me, the forwards off the bench really
       need to up their effort.  Kerrod and Els did nothing, Chis
       started hard and then seemed to run out of juice and Lamb
       doesn’t look fit to me.

       Anyanwu took a couple of games to bed in at the beginning of
       last season but was then excellent. It was a brand new centre
       pairing for us, so it was never going to gel immediately.

       Hopefully we get Lewis back soon who can at the very least take
       that bench slot, but I think as an impact player Chawatama would
       do a good job. Kerrod looked weak at the set piece and in
       contact was poor.
       If Murley isn't fit then perhaps switch Green/David. I'd also
       start Ross against Newcastle to give him some more minutes and
       have Evans or Trenholme on the bench with Kenningham at 7.

       Who the heck is Ross?
       There is no Ross on the 82 names on squad list

       Ross Kemp! I think he would still do a number. Even featured for
       Maidstone Rugby Club back in the day
       But sorry, no coffee before this post, James...
       For 7s, that Portugese fella did a good job at the RWC and could
       be a real find for any team to bring him over. Would certainly
       have him here.
