Beard had some good flashes, but it’s worrying with the back 3
we had to look so dull. Second row also did some hard graft.
Kerrod looks soft as anything in contact, Lennox is not up to
standard.
We conceded so many turnovers and had to wait till the dying
stages of the game to get one…I think Will Evans needs to
rewatch today a he was one of the worst on the pitch

Did you see the weather today MQ? Would get it if Bristol back
three were doing great things but they struggled as much as ours
did. I actually thought Lynagh and Green had their best
performances defensively for a while.
Thought on the whole it was a deserved result despite us
“nicking it” it at the end. Considering the wealth of talent we
are missing (and yes Bristol are missing a couple too), two back
to back wins are not to be sniffed at

I was impressed with Beard' kicking today and he almost got
through contact a few times today.
I thought the substitutions were a bit off today. The conditions
meant set piece and mauling would become increasingly important
as the game wore on. Didn't understand taking Launchbury and
Riley off so early. They've both got 70mins plus in them.

Good to get the win on a day when neither team really played
well. Won’t judge the performance too much given the conditions

We started well, fell off and then took chance at end. Rough
weather; early season; 5 or 6 players away, some perennially
(injured); centres didn't fold as predicted and we get a win by
playing to the end. If we'd done that at Glaws, we'd be top or
very near to top.
Happier with this than last night in Paris.

If Joseph is fit for next week and there’s no sign of Murley I’d
stick Green at FB with Beard on the wing.

Sadly, I don't think he has. I've never been convinced under the
high ball, 3 of his drops were with no one within 10 metres and
the kick out on the full. Can't excuse the conditions when 2/3s
of the season is played in them so not a surprise. Tyrone back
to 15 for me.
Too many occasions when players were static when receiving the
ball meaning no go forward. Need to start being a bit more
clinical when moving the ball. Still, it's 2 from 3 and we do
need some scrappy away wins.

Take the points and on we go I reckon after that one. Nice to be
on the other end of it after Gloucester a couple of weeks ago.
