Just announced

In bullet point form:
- New Club Magazine, published twice a season. First edition
available this w/e at the Stoop
- Matchday Programmes now Digital first for standard home
games(scan a QR code at the ground to download & read it on your
phone. No physical copies on sale at the match.
- some physical copies *can* be bought & will arrive after the
game via post for those who want to keep collecting them.
- For "landmark games" (Baa-baas, BG15, BSKO & TGC basically)
physical copies will be on the day at the ground.

Just not the same. Look forward to buying a program in the
stoop, flicking through it, reading more fully down a twickers
pub, passing on to fellow fans. Alas farewell

Sounds like a good idea to me, I signed up to the paid digital
programmes they did a few years ago, was good to be able to
read it on the bus or in the pub before the match.
Nice to get something similar for free.

Looks like this has been in the pipeline for some time. A
"complimentary Harlequins Quarterly Programme***" is listed as
one of the Debenture benefits for 23/24, and the footnote states
this:
"***The Club are exploring a more financially viable option for
our matchday programme. Any hard-copy programme will remain
complimentary for Debenture Holders"
