Maybe they could host more concerts?
I've also spoken to them once for a client who wanted a
corporate venue. Let's just say that they weren't the easiest
people to deal with...

As a resident don't mind a few more concerts, as a music fan -
it's the single worst venue I've ever been in barring the O2.
Sound is appalling.

Stadium gigs are a nightmare for the FoH Sound Engineer to
manage. You've a delay of approx 300ms between the sound being
heard at the front of the audience and the back. Add in varying
atmospheric conditions between soundcheck & gig time, the
reflective nature of the concrete structure itself, the fact
that you're in one fixed location trying to to reproduce sound
to be the same for all the audience, etc and it's no wonder why
the sound can be so variable.

This speculation happens every year. There are a few problems.
1) premier league rules demand primary of tenure of whatever
ground a football club plays in- RFU will never give it up. They
own it and rugby takes priority.
2) RFU stipulated Quins have priority when we host matches over
Chelsea, either at HQ or the Stoop. That won't fly.
3) Evening matches are limited - Chelsea play a lot of those and
that will bust through the LA imposed limit on HQ.
Too many caveats Chelsea will need to agree to which they never
will be able to so won't happen.
More than likely Chelsea will hire Wembley.

Twickenham. It's got loads of positives as a corporate venue for
conferences, conventions etc.
The sales staff aren't one of the benefits.

New Wembley is surprisingly good but assume it’s designed with
it in mind.
