Oh dear. I've scoured the post and "gender" isn't mentioned.
Here's a clue... Look at the letters in the word "gender" and
see if you can find them in the post that you refer to. Or maybe
get an adult to check for you.

Right now I'd take almost anyone over Borekick and his Borball.
It might be worth it if we were actually winning, but we just
got beaten by Fiji FFS at home!
Rasi (Him, He 😉 (I'm pretty sure)) is a proven winner as
a coach and despite his sometimes controversial methods and the
media controversy he is a successful coach.

Exactly. Love him or loathe him, it can't be denied that he's a
       winner. Records don't lie.
I guess it depends on whether you want your team to win games
and trophies. And if that's your second priority, then you can't
       complain about your team losing.

You really are the gift that keeps on giving aren’t you? You
don’t even know what you are posting. Almost Trump-ian in your
attitudes and perception of reality. Really, really funny and
       thanks again for the laughs.
Anyway it’s work time now so I have to go and speak with some
grown-ups. So run along and play with your little friend Rodney.
It’s good that you have someone to play with because I know that
with your behaviour issues you both have trouble making friends.
So try not to upset him and make sure you let him play with your
       toys.

He's had a long coaching career.
Cheetahs - won the Currie Cup. Not good in Super Rugby.
       Western Province - no titles
       Stormers - no titles
       Munster - no titles
South Africa - 50% winning record in 2018 rugby championship,
champions in 2019 (abridged tournament of 3 matches each). Went
into the RWC ranked 5th in the world, lost to NZ, then beat
Namibia, Italy, Canada, Japan, Wales, and England to win the
       title.
Not going to sniff at a world cup win. I would say he's no
       guarantee of success though.
More importantly, he also seems to improve teams who are heavily
forwards focused (Munster, South Africa) and willing to play to
a specific game plan; England would've suited that historically
but it's not really the style of player or general approach that
the English game has been producing for a while now. It's an
awkward fit even before you bring in any personality issues.

I've never seen a winning coach that hadn't tasted defeat. And
I'd never suggest that any winning coach would suit any losing
team. No coach can guarantee success.
I would question anyone who suggested that a world cup winning
       coach was "not a winner".
As for supposed personality issues, would you care if the world
disliked your coach, but he'd led you to be world champions?
