On a more serious note, I am deffo in the dont have to win at
all costs phone box. Of course you set out to win and you strive
for perfection but rather a humble fallen hero than a
vainglorious serial winner.

When people make ridiculous assumptions like that then it makes
them look very foolish. In my opinion.

I'm pretty sure most people would say that the South African
rugby was pretty enjoyable to watch in the last world cup. As it
was in the last game against NZ
"Win at all costs" would be more attributable to NZ in many
games, where they seem programmed to give away penalties when
under pressure in their red zone.

Errmm - Anyone recall the last Lions Tour ? No World Cup at
stake but Rassie's behaviour and tactics created a complete
bore-fest (boer fest)

Final match aside, South Africa were not good to watch. The semi
final was eye gougingly awful. Well deserved winners in the
final, playing excellent rugby, but they were pretty poor for
much of the tournament.

SB is in a 5 year contract. If there is no ‘get out’ clause,
he’s going nowhere.

But he's a winner! Apparently.

Well, yes he is. Try asking someone who knows a little bit about
rugby.
