I would take him. Realistically who would be available following
our inevitable poor showing at the RWC?
The boat for Farrell and Edwards has long sailed.
I can't see the RFU wanting to pay any compensation either, so
if its a free acquisition, I cannot see him being any worse than
what we have. Perhaps not having an RFU blue peter here's one I
made earlier appointment such as Borthwick, he could put the cat
amongst the pigeons and shake things up for the better.

It would make us more of a laughing stock than we already are.

To be fair, I don't think England could get any worse currently.
SB has lost 66% of his games, numerous poor red cards - one
involving the captain, needless over celebrating leading to
viral jokes...also picking players many before the games said
shouldn't be there, only for said players to deliver crap
performances, thus really showing SB's judgement being way off.
