Can we hang onto Gabriel Ibitoye ?

Neil Fissler in TRP suggests it may not be straightforward ,
especially as Wasps have indicated they are targeting him as a
replacement for Wade.
Hopefully he will stick with us and this is just pre contract
negotiation rhetoric put out by his Agent
It also shows that Marlers' International retirement has
implications for Lewis Boyce .

I think the Boyce issue will depend on how much we'll play
Lambert this season. Boyce is only 22, so he can't expect to be
a starter, especially with the more senior Auterac also ahead of
him. As for Ibitoye, I can understand clubs looking at him, but
Gussie seems to like him, and I have a feeling we'll tie him up
with a reasonable deal before other clubs are able to talk to
him.

Lambo has to be coming to the tail end of his career I would
have thought so maybe not quite the issue people thinking, he's
struggled a bit this season when on and given away a few pen's,
would have thought would be further down the pecking order than
Boyce next season.

Yeah Lambert has been a great club man but should have retired -
he got really taken apart in first two games.
Hope we can hold onto Ibitoye - given he’s already had a start
this season.

Surely boyce is clear no 2 no 1, ahead of auterac and Lambert.
Question is whether he's willing to fight marler for first
choice or wants to go somewhere he has an easier run at it

I think Lambert extended his contract by one year so he could
play this year he took a pay cut in order to do so. So I expect
him to retire this year.
We must keep hold if Ibatoye and given what Gustatd said about
him I expect him to stay

1. We aren’t ****poor playing wise , especially not this year.
Don’t know what team this season you’ve been watching but it
doesn’t sound like Harlequins.
&
2. We aren’t ****poor money wise, pretty certain that his wages
would be covered easily to be honest.
I’m not so clearly seeing how Quins are ****poor (this season
anyway)
