At half time I would say in the backs Smith and Steward
excellent
Marchant good. Porter fairly anonymous. Malins slow. Cokanasiga
liability

It looks at times like the England team need to be introduced to
one another.
Line out five metres out, and I have to assume the hooker
misheard the call, because he threw to where the jumper wasn't.
Frankly, if the U13 second team did that, words would be had.

Steward seems to have picked up a yard of pace and is having a
decent game.
Care, Dommers and Smith should be no where near a test side like
most of the others on the pitch

Aside from the scrummaging, the line-outs and the handling, ball
retention and missed tackles, it has not been a bad game. They
have at least kept 15 bodies on the pitch.

England rugby “execute at least one set of basic skills even
vaguely well” challenge: failed.

There were occasional signs of life in the first half but all
the moves ended with a handling error.

True, but mostly with the coaches though, as there's no line out
in U13.
