It’s amazing how they reseed it and get it all thick, velvety
and lush so quickly. I’ve still not been able to find out why
it’s done every year but there’s obviously a very good reason.

They have a new pitch every year over the road as well.

To ensure a level playing field. Apparently Sarries don't bother
