I'd be interested to see where Kerrod has played for us more
recently. I have a feeling he had to be 18 on the bench when
Collier was injured and then when Louw was injured towards the
end of the season too - essentially because we had no other
senior options.
Where he's more effective however? In my mind, his best
performances (by far) came when we switched him to LH for an
extended run.

Well, not what I was expecting, but shows what I know! Welcome
Lovejoy!
I had a look back a few days ago and there’s been a few fairly
clear suggestions that (at least) Baxter’s position change is
seen as permanent. I think only Kerrod has regularly switched
between sides, so suggest we’re looking at:
LH:
Marler, 32
Garcia-Botta, 31
[Kerrod, 30]
Els, 26
Baxter, 21
Academy:
Osborne, 24
Clarke, 19
TH:
Collier, 31
Chawatama, 30
[Kerrod, 30]
Lewis, 27
Academy:
Hobson, 20
Ashworth, 19

Osborne?? I don't have him in the Squad list.
Did I miss an announcement?

But - from Google, I think he joined around a year ago.
I have added him to the squad list.

IIRC Osborne’s signing was quite unusual. He’s Australian and
came to the UK as a student. He definitely wasn’t part of the
academy at the start of the 21/22 season, but made some
appearances in the Cup, presumably initially as a guest / on
trial. There was no announcement of him signing, but he appeared
as a returning player in preseason for 22/23.
Short version: I think you could safely say ‘academy from
mid-season 21/22’.
