Unusual but good the club has identified it needed to refresh
the roles given the lack of progress since 20/21

Well whatever he was doing last season didn’t work. So it’s good
he’s held accountable. He seems a nice guy so glad they have a
role for him

He’s a likeable guy and not someone you can hate in the shape of
Sanderson etc, but let’s be honest I think his role was a bit
beyond him and the results spoke for themselves. It’s good he
has a new role he might flourish in, as I understand he takes
the development/grass roots type approach very seriously.
It’s a shame I wasn’t given a ring and made an offer for a role,
but I’ll be standing by if needed.

Well yes in that Matson has been sacked from his job and given a
vague title to do with “being better” and Millard has taken his
job.

So I wonder, is this the players again saying they don't like
the coaching setup and his game plan? Last season wasn't great
but the players have to carry some of the blame!
Doesn't feel right to me somehow and if we have an equally poor
season, who gets the blame then? I think you can blame the coach
once but can't keep doing it. Look at Chelsea!
