Quins won't touch Jackson. They won't want the negative
publicity, however right or wrong it might be. I'd imagine he'd
want a fairly hefty wage too. Would have thought that France or
Japan beckons for him

I don't have daughters - so I can't answer that. But - to be
clear - I don't think that sexual assault is okay.
I'm not sure what "acting like a scum" means. If it is illegal -
then I am opposed.
Paddy Jackson + Danny Care + Mike Brown have all been accused of
sexual assault. I assume that you mean that they all acted like
scum.
But - I wouldn't want to sign Paddy Jackson. The main reason is
that I don't think that we need him.
If Smith does leave, then I think we will need a more junior
fly-half to occupy the bench spot.

Wasn’t Paddy Jackson found Not Guilty on both counts? Not saying
I want him but surely if a jury of 11 with all the facts
presented found that then who are we to judge on pure
speculation?

We have a surfeit of quality young centres all deserving of game
time - I'd be a bit cautious about adding another one, even if
he is super talented.

I had exactly the same list in mind.
I’d also be interested in Ben White. Since he became Scottish,
he looks 3x the player hw was before. 9 is less of an immediate
priority now we’ve signed Porter, but planning for a DC-free
future in a year’s time is still very important.
Fa’aso looked decent as well, but I imagine he’ll go straight
back to France.

Equating Mike Brown and Danny Care with Paddy Jackson is just
out of order. Neither of the former had serious as allegations
or a similar court case as Jackson.
Jackson was incriminated by some very damning WhatsApp messages
delighting in leaving a woman battered bruised and crying, after
having a number of Irish players taking it in turns on her.
He was found not guilty, but the messages are there and if he
signed for Quins my season ticket is ripped up for good.
Not guilty, like Mason Greenwood for example. . And let’s not
forget Paddy never apologised or did a single thing to mend the
situation after. He’s a scumbag.
It’s not going to happen and rightly so.

Chis? Even if he is - is it worth spending the extra cash for a

Sorry NS, just catching up on yesterday's posts. I don't
disagree that Chisolm is a fantastic ball carrying 8 who works
like a trojan. Sadly, he's also inherited the family 'treatment
table' gene and I don't see him as a long term choice at 8 for
us. I obviously want to be wrong but don't think I am, sadly.

Considering James has made a total number of 34 appearances over
3 seasons (Premiership) it highlights his dependency on the
injury table. As a 2nd choice 8, to push the first team player
unfortunately you need to be featuring more. CSS has made 18
premiership appearances this season alone, and at 20 certainly
is the future.

Yep. One of my favourite Quins. And IF (it's a big IF) he could
stay fit, I think he'd surpass both Dommers and Minty.
