I’m one of three brothers. I live in Twickenham, one brother
lives in a Surrey village, the other lives in the Wellington
suburbs.
We all think we have the better lifestyle because we all value
different priorities.
People are funny like that.

And Yareet - I think we can both agree that your 2 brothers are
either misguided or just plain wrong :-)
Nowhere is better than Twickenham!

The RFU delegates the running of the Premiership to PRL under
the long form agreement, which is due to expire.
The RFU ultimately has control, and it could impose conditions -
or even invite another organization to run the league.
The big problem is the cliff edge in funding, further down the
league, if you cannot afford to fund a team capable of playing
in the Championship, you can not recruit and be relegated to
National 1 and the cost savings are more than the loss in
revenue.
But you earn £12m for being in the Premiership club - and if you
have the organization that can spend that, it is very hard to
shut it down.
So you end up with some Premiership sides losing more money in a
year than clubs in the lower half of the Championship clubs turn
over.
