So Saracens do have to rely on inexperienced players then. At
least you can try to remember that.
Something else that might give you a better insight into
Saracens rather than your rather laboured interpretation that
it's simply a case of more caps = more wins is from somebody
that has coached both Saracens and Harlequins.

I guess if you choose to completely change the definition away
from the argument about teams having to start inexperienced
players as their primary choice to Saracens being able to put a
bit part player on the bench because of injuries them sure!!
Never mind that Saracens haven't actually had to rely on Knight
due to the existence of better options in the squad, or that Dan
is behind Jamie George with an international alternative and a
90 cap player as a safety net...

Maybe you could remember that England internationals have played
less than 40% of Premiership club matches?
And btw, who is this player with 90 caps... "behind Jamie George
with an international alternative and a 90 cap player as a
safety net"?
Or should we file this one under your mass of whataboutery
littered with ignorance and flat out lies nutshell?

"Rely" and "occasionally use" aren't the same thing are they?

90 club caps - Woolstencroft. Apologies if that wasn't clear.
Knight has barely played for Saracens. They've not had to rely
on him. Dan has played plenty but has leapfrogged an
international and an experienced club pro. Saracens don't have
to rely on him at all. They choose to play him because he's very
good, not because they don't have a realistic alternative.
That's what it means to have ridiculous strength in depth.
Meanwhile, every other club has to rely on inexperienced players
as their best option. Because the salary cap is tight and every
other club cannot keep a huge amount of international players
and top talent.

Ok. So you think Saracens are still cheating in 2022-23?
p.s Theo Knight is 21 years old in his first season out of the
academy. He's played in 10 Premiership matches including the SF
and final. He's also played in 4 Premiership Cup matches.
That seems entirely consistent with what most clubs do when
managing the transition of a player from academy level to
premiership level.

Dunno. I certainly think they're still benefiting from the
blatant cheating that allowed them to amass and retain a star
studded squad that remains completely out of line with everyone
else. It's incomprehensible that any other team would be able to
afford a squad with Mako, Billy, Itoje, George, Farrell, Daly,
Tompkins, Goode, Earl, et al - let alone do so while also having
lots of international players outside of this and continuing to
sign important players from rivals and keeping hold of the vast
majority of their own talent.
It just isn't possible for other teams. So whether Saracens are
still cheating or whether it's a case of their big players
taking big pay cuts, these guys could not have stayed - and
Saracens could not have had that level of success - had Saracens
not cheated so much for so long.

Imagine that, the proven salary cap cheats get lots of test
players to play for them.

Don't prevaricate man, say what you think. You're clearly saying
that they're still cheating. I've not bothered to pick you up on
all the massive inaccuracies in just about every post you make
about Saracens but misery always finds company and you'll find
plenty of miserly echoes in hear to make you certain that just
about any old BS you type is true. In a way I'm pleased because
the longer that other teams think that way, the longer they'll
keep losing.

At least you have now admitted they were cheating before
