people with no ethics - bury retention and future payments fees
in the bucket of "past" indiscretions quickly as the fine is
       going to remain the same.

Sneaking anything under the wire for a particular "fine year"
would be nowish rather than March.

Aside from the on field impacts, the other impact of the cap
breach et. is that it has damaged a lot of general rugby chat as
       the subject looms large everywhere.

It had certainly damaged relations between the supporters, which
is a huge shame. I used to enjoy the trip to Vicarage Road, sit
on those bum numbing benches/seats, watch the funniest mascot in
the prem do his thing. The Saracens supporters put up with a lot
in those days. They supported through thick and thin without an
       awful lot of thick.

Certainly no shortage of that now, given recent evidence.

According to Chris Jones - Will Joseph, Ollie Hoskins and Ben
Loader are set to hold talks with Saracens
       -
So, Saracens still have space within the cap for another 3
       players

You'll get some glory-hunting numpty coming on here in a few
years time claiming they were Salarycens academy players all
       along.

8 have left the club with only 3 joiners.

Four - 3 of them above average quality first teamers (West,
Willis, Parton) and the apparently highly rated Gareth Simpson
who went to the Western Force after worcs folded.
Wray, Taylor, Malins would be commanding excellent wages for
different reasons. One of de Haas or Hislop might be on a median
wage. The rest are all cannon fodder plus a guy who joined
       temporarily when wasps folded.
Certainly room in the cap, but not for all the guys mentioned.
Would be surprised if they all join.

Apologies forgot Simpson. Interesting to ponder West and Willis
from Wasps. Not the most expensive maybe? Willis for one will
have international aspirations and needs to be playing in Eng.
Bello and Lewis both international standard. Flynn not so. Also
lost Wainwright mid season and Nkwocha from the academy. Overall
I'd say there was room. Casualties from LI won't be expensive
for obvious reasons but I too would be suprised if all join.
