Maybe he wouldn't like some of your views. But I doubt he'd have

He can think what he likes.
But, expressing options publicly is something quite different.
Privately , I can think someone is a nonce. But, if I were to
write an article in a newspaper saying that someone is a nonce,
then that is something quite different.

Well it kind of depends if they are a nonce. If they're not then
it's libel. Folau didn't commit libel.
I'm really not sure where you're going with the nonce thing,
seems a dangerous path to travel.

But, using social media to express such views is where you are
stepping over the line.

But you are equating accusations of fact with opinion. You can
accuse anyone of being a nonce online as long as its true. This
is completely different. It's just a really odd comparison.

But, imagine for one plenty that a white Quins player had said
that all black people have a place in hell waiting for them
Do you think that we would be as tolerant?

The problem comes when a public figure uses a platform to
publicity agree to his many thousands of followers.
