To be fair to MQ, Gjaltema slowed the game right down, and not
in a good way. He also made two mistakes that put Tigers back in
contention.
Still, a win at Welford Road is not to be sniffed at.

What a pathetic second half from Quins. No ambition and clearly
not at all bothered about moving up a place in the table,
despite doing so thanks to LI.

He's not wrong, Gjaltema turned a game we were controlling
brilliantly into one we almost lost.
Very un-Quins performance, deserved winners and a fun ending
too. Quite happy with that. Rubbish lineout and some sadly all
too familiar failings in the opposing 22, but ultimately an away
win at Welford Road against a strong Tigers side and we largely
outplayed them. The red didn't change the direction of travel,
and the way Tigers play a winger was always going to be the
least impactful player to lose. Happy with the attitude, the way
we competed up front, and the way we kept pressure on at all
times. A few too many errors but a good contest.
Not at all happy with Gjaltema. Really, really awful. Can't wait
to see Porter next season.

It's justified in the case. Gjaltema isn't up to standard.
That game won't live long in the memory. Disappointing second
half. Started well keeping the ball in hand and running them off
their feet, but got sucked into a set-piece fest in the end.
Difficult to pick a MOTM. I'll go for Dino who had an efficient
game.

It was exactly the kind of pressure-based approach that people
have been criticising Quins for not doing. Were it not for
Gjaltema's one-man crusade against a Quins victory (and another
bombed try), we'd have won that comfortably.
I for one have no problems with how Quins approached that second
half. It was smart, winning rugby. And it won.

Everything Jammy said. Gjaltema was atrocious. Lineout is now
embarrassing and the game management in the second half was like
watching park rugby.

Hating me is trendy, like hating Nickelback (who are amazing),
but as other's have mentioned my comments actually are accurate.
I get I may go OTT on certain things, but lets be honest LG has
rarely looked good, and that's not based on even just today or
last game, but in general. His introduction saw us slow things
down and we stuttered, he gave away a shocking charge down, and
gave away a penalty which led to a chain of the events which
almost cost us the game. I appreciate those agreeing with me, as
I think it would be hard for some to ever agree with me, as its
a personal thing, even if what I was saying was accurate (and
not even put out there in a disrespectful way).
I also hope our lineout is seriously worked on over Summer.
Without a solid platform next season will only continue to
replicate this
