Is the atmosphere for the women's rugby like it was for the
women's hockey internationals at Wembley back in the 60/70s?

It's England 33 (5 tries) France 0 at half time. England able to
make yards with each drive it seems.
Atmosphere seems good, encouraging and invested in the game (no
Mexican waves yet)

It was a great day. The weather was perfect, the crowd was very
good & the half time entertainment enjoyable. At 33-0 half time
was a surprise; the French were all over us in the first 15
minutes or so. In the 2nd half we took our foot off the peddle,
but the French really up their game too. My mate & I left 10
minutes before the end (in order to evade the inevitable
Twickenham station carnage), therefore missing 2 French tries.
In the end a rather close result (38-33).
This was a great showcase for Women's Rugby (58,000+
attendance), great play and a wonderful atmosphere.
I am also looking forward to our last 2 Quins women's home
games; where hopefully we can push past Bristol into the
play-offs again. COYQ's !!!
