I thought that the 10k limit was only there to stop the hoi
polloi from joining the Premiership. I didn't think that it
applied only that you were in it.
E.g. I think that Sarries were under 10k for a number of years.

I didn't think most of the league rules applied to Sarries over
       that period.

Just let them ground share with the Stoop. I'll lead up
       negotiations.
50% of all their sales on the day of the game, half a million a
month in rent and Pearson, Arundel and Cunningham-South unveiled
       as Quins players.
Brentford probably want their stadium back as I imagine with the
pitch etc it isn't the easiest thing to tolerate (and with their
on field success and PL status seemingly secure for probably a
while if they carry on with their development) they don't need
to rent out their spare room so to speak. I feel sorry for the
fans though with having the uncertainty of where they will end
up (if having a club at all?). If their new investment is
serious about the club maybe invest in a home of their own
rather than looking to splash the cash on players

On a serious note I would not be surprised if talks have not
already taken place about a possible ground sharing arrangement
as happened with Richmond and then London Irish-which went
ahead-but did not work out. Perhaps a merger is on the
       cards/-Harlequirish?
No it is London Welsh again-poor business model and no ground of
       their own

It wouldn't happen in greater London. Any patch of land bigger
than 9 sq ft will be used for a block of flats ...

Well some of us have been there before with that and it did not
work last time and ended with acrimony between us and LI from
which we have only just recovered. We now have the Women as
       well.
