Due to driving I only have 1 pint and cannot recall not having
some form of issue, from being served Peroni to them trying to
pass off a bottle for a cask pint. The staff always seem
stressed but surely it shouldn’t be that hard to just get a
pint.
Add to that I usually go into the ground early so no queues.

I did literally give money to the club and was rewarded with a
30% increase in my season ticket. If it goes up again I’m afraid
I would judge it like I do the beer, priced beyond what I think
it’s worth.

It's somewhat ironic that Quins have decided to gouge fans at
every possible turn (beer even more expensive than Twickenham
now), but dislike being gouged by Amex :)

I've had a season ticket for 15 years but I've never bought food
or drink at The Stoop and haven't spent any time in any of the
bars for years. Sadly it's just too dear, too crowded, and very
poor value.

Maybe your season ticket price is partly increased because they
can't get the revenue from selling beer?

What, like 3 days? It's ridiculous, but it's much less bad than
several web-based POS systems.
