If the whole prem competition is suddenly reset and we get a bye
through to the final next month, I still don’t think we’d win
it.

Well, looks like sarries laid down. Hope it bites them in the
arse at some stage.
Didn't there used to be a rule that you had to play a decentt
team each prem game?

Actually they looked ok and were 10-0 up (I think) when Taylor
saw red for a high tackle in the 8th minute.

Prem-winning season, Quins were safe in 4th when they came to
Sale. The team had no Marler, Dombrandt, Smith or Care and was
no stronger than the team Sarries put out today.
Quins had earned the right to rest players so did so.

Yes.
Challenge cup games can be on Thursday nights. I prefer weekend
games.

Exeter are done. Can only get to 53 and can’t overtake us if we
win both games and can only level Northampton if saints get
nothing.
Picture very clear now.
Saints win at Newcastle on Friday night and we are out. One away
win for saints all year. Not a done thing. If they lose, with 1
or 2 BPs, they can still be caught.
If they lose, we need to win our remaining games with BPs giving
us 56 points, and we need irish to lose to Saracens and get
nothing and not get a BP win vs Exeter on the final day.
Think Irish are favourites.
