Had a good chat with him in Durban, nice bloke and knows the
game inside out, also comes across as a realist , others weren’t
in favour of him joining but all came around to thinking he
brought the team and coaches together well
Think our problem is we have occasional good seasons and
sometimes set our sited too high< you only have to look at
LaRochelle, Leinster etc to see we just aren’t up to their
standards

The head coach needs a good team of coaches under him. I don't
think that our forwards coaching team is really delivering. But,
an extra coach for lineouts may help.

You might add an attack coach and a defence coach to that list.
