We do have a tough road to get into the top four and clearly
this campaign has been a failure

And watching the European comp this weekend, we really aren’t
competing at that level.

Wow such tough words did not know people were permitted to use
such words these days! It is better than pussy footing around
for me. I think the whole season for PR has been a disaster with
supporters messed around with match changes due to Wasps and
Worcester but it has all been said before and Laurie just
glosses over.

I can’t but help when Matson speaks it’s done in the voice of
Tim but dim.
“this season has been poor actually, but our European and

I can’t recall who mentioned it but in another thread someone
pointed out we need a coach with a bit of bite. While we have
some truly gifted coaches it appears to be a very comfortable
and friendly environment which it should be for the most part.
However, sometimes we need to put the players in the hurt locker
tell the in no uncertain terms they’re not playing well enough.
I’m sure they get told but my gut feeling is it’s all done a bit
too nicely.

Well that is what we are told is required for the younger
players. Arm around the shoulder as required, but I am sure when
necessary as you say big stick can be used. If you are an
employer it is the same thing in offices.
