Is that video being treated as conclusive evidence then? Maybe
he did, maybe he didn't, but not sure how that video is proof of
anything

What is becoming tiresome is the South African thing of doing a
frame-by-frame post mortem of a match to suit their own
narratives.
You could easily watch the clip and see it as a perfectly
reasonable way of preventing them from getting the ball. From
the video, there is no proof that Joe has actually done what he
is accused of doing.
I suspect that there are a hundred actions in every match where
part of a person's body comes into contact with another person's
more private areas.

I wish Joe would just pack this rubbish in, if that is truly
what he did. It's not banter, its just stupid and getting
tiresome.
Whilst he is still doing a good job in the scrum, he's been
mostly absent in the loose since the title win, so he really
isn't at the top of his game anymore. He is in danger, if he
isn't already, to just be loathed by everyone who isn't a Quins
fan.

I wouldn't be too quick to jump on the Marler bashing bandwagon.
This video shows nothing.

Difficult to give him the benefit of the doubt but yeah, I'd
want to see a video that doesn't stop before the apparent grab
and squeeze.

The Saffas are an odd lot. If they win their team are far
superior and smashed you and your players are rubbish and got
owned and aren’t fit to clean Ebens boots etc etc. If they lose
( and when they win sometimes) it’s the refs fault or you
cheated . They’re typically the hand it out but can’t take it
mentality. The only time I’ve experienced any threat of violence
while watching rugby was during a Lions v SA game in a pub and a
very loud and angry one tried to start a fight. He was bemoaning
every decision that went against them.

Yeah. He is an easy target due to his past actions.
But, in this case, I would give him the benefit of the doubt
based on the accusors.
Clearly they wanted to sensationalise the 'Marler bad boy'
narrative and have spent some time looking for anything that
could fit that narrative.
I think that they could target any player like this
