Well, my dodgy sources on the tube are looking bang on! I
should eavesdrop more often. The story has even made the Daily
Bedwetter (The Guardian) and looks like it won't end well. I
really thought the move to Brentford was a long term fix for LI.
As ever, there's talk about "investors" but it's a charitable
donation really. Mark Evans was right: how do you get £5
million from a rugby club.........start with £50 million and
stand back.

What are the concerns that the Premiership have on the use of
the Gtech stadium for rugby and why did not this apply to the
Madjeski Stadium? If this is a serious issue it could scupper
any deal to rescue Irish=latest being an American fund buying
the club.
