Unfortunately, with the matches constantly selling out (well
nearly) i can't see the RFU reducing the prices.
       It's all about the money , isn't it ?
The RFU always bet the drum about the money being reinvested in
the game, It would be interesting where the money goes.

Prepandemic a fair amount of it went into the community game and
       developing the women’s game.
However, the combination of COVID and the RFU’s decision to
build a corporate hospitality suite just as more and more firms
were clamping down on jollies (which was predictable) and a
global pandemic (the timing of which wasn’t predictable) means
that I suspect a lot of its revenue is now going on servicing
       the debt.

The RFU's figures are all in the public domain.
The financial year ends in June and the figures are published in
November - or thereabouts. Have a look at them and tell us what
       you think.

Ok - they made a profit on the sale of investment in Six Nations
ltd (an "extraordinary item" of £88m) - although not material in
the scheme of things, how come Bill Sweeney (£668k pa) & Sue Day
(£491k pa) got year on year pay rises of 24% & 33% respectively
       compared to 2021 ?????

Without checking, I’d wonder whether it’s possible they took
       Covid pay cuts.

In 20/21 Sweeney had a 26% increase, Sue Day a "mere" 25% year
on year !!! It's like turkeys voting against Christmas & gaining
       a majority !

Probably one of the worst first half performances I’ve seen
       from an England side.

Had to miss the first half. Can someone tell me who's played
well/ badly? How's Marcus been playing?
