Typical attitude that because you don’t like something, it’s
awful. I don’t like lots of music but it doesn’t mean it’s
awful. I didn’t like Faithless but many seemed to indicate that
they did. Can’t be awful then can they/her/him/. Now me trying
to play the guitar, that is awful. Nobody wants to suffer that.

If you compare other bands to the success of the Spice Girls,
then all other British bands are going to come up short.

I'm assuming that is taking the Mickey!
If it was up to me then perhaps a set from Armin Van Buren or
maybe a 10 minute Def Leopard set?

Arguing about musical taste brings to mind Frank Zappa saying
that writing about music was like dancing about architecture.
It's all a bit pointless as you either like it or you don't.
There's no right or wrong to that process. I cannot stand Bob
Dylan, for example, but for many of my generation he's a
borderline deity.
Objectively, Kaiser Chiefs are big name to have on the bill and
won't do ticket sales any harm so someone is doing their job
well.

Like, I get it, but if you think more people like Def Leppard
than the Spice Girls….
Also, I've just noticed you wrote Leopard....you're just one of
those plastic fans with a band t shirt but can't name one of
their songs like on TikTok....rumbled...

The point is that more people will be encouraged to buy a ticket
due to Kaiser Chiefs than dissuaded.
