Sale don’t own the stadium so costs are lower. That is hopefully
       changing.

Nice to see someone's doing this! I know I used to do it as a
stat-tragic, but with various grounds undergoing stand changes,
along with Covid, it fell off my radar. Looking at the numbers
in terms of capacity, it shows how much the Stoop needs
       expansion (or a new build).

I’d love us to potentially get rid of the North stand and then
build something links up the East and West, much like a
       traditional stadium.

The North stand is probably low on the radar.
Basically, they are the cheaper seats as you are looking into
the sun. And, they are cheap seats - so not much profit from the
       sale of a ticket.
They basically need more seats for sale in the prime locations -
       i.e. between the 22 lines.

I doubt they'd do much with the North stand given the new fan
area they've added there along with the new toilet facilities
they've just installed underneath the stand.

I've never understood why the centre of the pitch is considered
premium seating for rugby. I get it for football, where the
game moves up and down the pitch a lot faster, but when we had
our seats on the halfway line at the Stoop, I realised after a
while that we were paying a premium to watch players' arses from
       half a pitch away.
Since the pandemic, we've been behind the posts in the South
Stand, and it's so much better!
Half the action is right in front of us, and when it's up the
other end, the big screens are far better placed to keep on top
       of the action.

       I agree with you.
I sit in the south stand behind the sticks too.
The best place to watch from

I’m in the North stand and for half the game you have a great
view of the try area and how the width of the play pans out.
Then you can watch the game back from a middle of the pitch
viewpoint on BT or Premiership site. Best of both for minimum
       outlay.
Back to promotion issue. I think that it’s wrong not to
give Clubs like Ealing a chance in the Prem if they have a
       proper financial and business plans.

Keep the North Stand as is. Better leg room than the side
stands. A nice metal floor to make some noise with. A player's
angle view which gives a sense of what's on and what isn't, and
Quins have the decency to score a lot of tries right in front of
       he home support in GA.
