       DMP have been the whipping horse for a good few years now (not
       always the case). Lack of RFU investment in Northern Rugby as
       ever is the issue. The main issue is, most Womens Prem sides are
       so far behind Glos and Exeter who have profoundly well
       established and manged Academy and feeder programmes across
       territories where Rugby is the main sport, the other teams will
       be hard pressed to catch up.
