Forget the Result!

Oh, if only you could. I wasn't there today, but result apart
how is the London Irish/Brentford stadium? Is it nice? Do they
have real ale or decent bars? What is the food like? Are the
queues for the loos OK? What was matchday experience like?

It’s awful, a soulless concrete bowl with a PA system turned up
to 11 in order to mask the lack of atmosphere.

I love it there, I work there sometimes on Brentford days and
sometimes on Irish days......Went 100% hospitality yesterday and
while it was overpriced, the food was fabulous, service was top
notch....view was pretty good too.....quick service at the bars
too.....will ALWAYS do the hospitality!!

The seats are very comfortable and there is loads of legroom.
The bars are slow - really slow. But - not as bad as Sarries.
(In my opinion, the best bar service for an away game was
Bristol.)
The signage was confusing. Our ticket said entrance "N West". I
thought that meant that we were in the North West. But, It meant
entrance "N" in the West stand. The queues to get in were quite
long. (Made worse by the fact that I queued to get into the
North stand first :-) )
When we got in, there was no sign for our block. It seemed
counter-intuitive. The entrance to the block was upstairs even
though we were only 5 rows from the front.

Second visit - enjoy the experience - queues fine at bars and
toilets - enjoyed last seasons result much more then yesterday

Maybe the slow beer service was just at our end.
There was a bar closed - which may have impacted the overall
service

1st time there, and I thought it was a nice stadium. Was easy
to get in & out of. Bars were no worse than Stoop - very clean
loo's, nice stadium bowl, though thought my ticket was pricey
for where we were sat...
Much like Stoop not sure about the 100million decibel wall of
sound... Certainly felt a lot warmer & friendlier than
Madejski...

Wasn't there yesterday but went twice last season, most of your
questions have n=been answered apart form the real ale one and
from my two visits there, it's a big NOPE!
The Express tavern (same owners as our much loved Sussex Arms)
is the place to go for that, before and after, booking advised!

Good stadium and the oppo fans all seemed very happy. Some of
them even patted me on the back as I left.
