Lewies after a long awaited return - won 1 game , lost 1 game.
Now out for maybe 3-4 game ban , going to be a long run till the
end of season

Silly penalties, poor decision making, bad kicking in
particular. Early red card meant we were up against it
regardless. Gave them lots of easy ball.
Well played Irish, kept up the intensity and weathered our
storm.

All of which would be a valid argument if money was the only
factor behind a player’s choice of club.

It's certainly not the only one, but when average property
prices in Surrey are 2.5x those in Leicestershire, it's
certainly a significant one!
It's not so much an issue with the players on £200k a year
upwards, but for a squad player on £50-60k it makes a huge
difference!
Can you think of any other profession with nationally agreed pay
scales (which the salary cap.effectively is) that doesn't have a
London weighting?

Was at saints and there again today and both were pitiful
performances, coaches need to really work out a game plan and
quick, hoofing the ball with no runners, no chance of retrieval
and no territorial gain is very poor.
On a separate strategy note why when morris dropped out did they
think will Edwards was the answer.
