I wonder if this is to give him a chance to regain some
confidence after last week's disaster in an easier position (for
him)? I'm fairly sure the fans' vote would be please send him to
London Scottish for the rest of his contract. Hope he proves us
wrong on Sunday.

Yeah. I am with you on that one.
Morris is pretty good on the wing, but has been underwhelming at
FB.
Also, he probably hasn't played at FB for a good few years.

To take David, who had his best game with us at FB last week,
and put in a player who was poor, on the wing, now at FB?
Baffling.

Sure, he was poor on the wing on his first game back from a long
lay off.
But, going back to his other games, he had been pretty good on
the wing.

That’s my point. Morris has never played well for us at FB, so
to swap him with someone who is a good FB makes no sense.
I can only think it’s a last ditch “can we justify keeping him”
type switch to see if he does fill that versatility we would
need from a squad player

I'm guessing you have just seen the video on Twitter where it
says something like - David-full back

But we also have no idea what analysis the Quins’ back room team
have done. It may be they’ve noticed Paddy Jackson only kicks
one way, and therefore more often than not David will be dropped
and Morris will be further upfield/wider. Who knows.
I’d suspect David will start at 15 though.

I've just looked at the fixtures for today. Irrespective of the
outcomes of the games : Tigers v Saints & Gloucs v Exeter, we
will descend to at least 5th in the table at best ! Therefore, a
very positive result v L. Irish on Sunday is imperative !
