Another good signing escaping our clutches. Maybe BV will be off
after the WC though so it might explain the cash being freed up.
BV shouldn't even be considered for the WC anyway.

Because they don't care? The salary cap is a PRL thing. And it's
supposed to be more carefully audited these days.
