Someone on the Harlequins Fans group on Facebook posted the info
in the email. it states "Over The coming week we will move all
tickets in the upper tier into the lower tier, ensuring a
similar view of the pitch, but closer to the action. Where this
involves upgrading your ticket(s) to a higher category, this
will be at no additional charge"

So I'd guess they're losing minimum 20-30 quid per person on
those they are moving to the lower tier?
