       Yes, I agree - I like the fact that our sport can still (just
       about) take the long view, with all the attendant benefits.

       And this too - I actually think that team spirit in rugby is
       more valuable than star players. Another reason to love the
       sport.

       Is that right? Not saying it isn't, but do you have a source for

       It's a feeling on my part, but a quick list of injured players
       who were/are around for a while:
       George Lowe
       Joe Gray
       June Porno Salad
       Injured and let go, but didn't feel like it was particularly
       quickly afterwards:
       Ollie Kohn
       JTH
       Don't know about the "offered more to leave part"

       Porno-Salad should not feature on the same list as the likes of
       Lowe and JTH.

       I recall that Olly Kohn turned down better offers to stay with
       Quins because of how he was looked after when he was injured.  I
       think somebody on the board who knew him mentioned it.

       I know, but to look after someone despite being June Porno-Salad
       only helps the argument that we're good to squad members with
       long term injuries.
