       I completely agree that the Nick David thing was a farce. You
       make good points and I don't really know how they should do it
       really. Perhaps only one game allowed to be counted per week, so
       that deals with the David / Vunipola type situation.
       Not sure how you can deal with Prem Cup / unavailable due to
       international squad issues. As i say, I don't think farrell is
       getting special treatment that other england players wouldn't
       get

       You just can't do down the route of making calls like that.
       Either you count matches where he might have been selected or
       you don't.
       Otherwise you could pick an academy player who picks up a ban
       that never ends because you could reasonably argue he'd never
       start  a senior game...
