"Unwitting"? "Unwitting"?
Was there some sort of typo in the "we'll help fund your
property" agreement that resulted in the players being funded to
buy mansions on Sandbanks instead of bedsits in Middleborough?
Is Nigel Wray rich enough that this oversight went unnoticed
like lost pocket change for 7 years? Was he so embarrassed that
he preferred to see his beloeved team relegated rather than open
his books to inspection?
Jones lives on another planet from the rest of us at the best of
times but this is in the "happy British fish" school of
misinformation.

Is Jones only writing for The Times because his articles are so
ridiculous that they attract more attention than if they were
good.

Weirdly I'm not surprised he's been cited despite who he plays
for.
Of course if he was a Wasps player he would have been given a
pat on the back and told not to do it again much like what
happened to Thugatoa in this clip after he punched Soccino -

- but then I suppose
Wasps are the original version of Saracens long before Saracens
became Saracens!

I'm sure it's a pure coincidence that Jones has regularly been
seen drinking with Nigel Wray...

Jones is an utter twit. He waffles on and on about the same old
nonsense for ever and a day. I can't listen to the times podcast
when he's on. Even Stuart Barnes is more insightful. Jones just
loves sarries 🤮

Chateau Latour and vintage Krug, presumably.

Surely this is just victimisation against Farrell. Jack Clement
clearly attacked Farrells shoulder with his head. Afterall,
Farrells mum says he's a good boy really. Case closed. !!!!!

Inconsistent tackling of dangerous hits has Farrell teetering on
a fine line

I'm sorry, but if you blurred his face and the No. 10 and showed
that to 100 rugby fans who knew the rules (note that rider) I'd
bet the "Red card" vote would be around 70%+. It might not have
been deliberate, but it was dangerous, it was contact to the
head, there's no good mitigation.

Shoulder boy strikes again.
Lots of fly halves put their body on the line. This is a
recurring issue for Farrell because he has a flawed tackle
technique. He doesn't wrap and ends up leading with the
shoulder.
