Heavyweights against Lightweights in the pack - our flankers
may get destroyed - as had been said above, I don't see what
White contributes other than a number - let's hope Sale don't
turn up :-(

is he and Matas are almost 5.5, in respect they have almost a
bit of a second row, and a bit of a back row type build.

That will be great for our scrum and maul, but are either of
them your typical athletic, go-to line-out lock? I'd think we'd
end up with one or the other. Maybe we can get away with it if
we play a pairing like Matas and Kenners at 6 & 7, who can both
get in the air quickly.
As for this weekend, White and Wallace need to have the game of
their lives...

Yeah, I thought White had turned a corner last season and was
starting to look like a capable enough back option, but
unfortunately I think it was just a flash in the pan (or a big
effort to get a contract renewal). He’s just anonymous which is
worst thing you can say about a flanker IMO.

I said before the fixture at the AJ Bell that I always expect
the home team to win matches between Sale and Quins.
Then you guys had to screw my system 😡
I’m going to the match so I’d love a great game with fluid
attack moves, crunching tackles and (am I allowed to say?) a
45-47 score line. Plenty of action/tries in the SE corner
please!
Hope all who are attending enjoy the day.

Some under-soil freezers and a corporate tab at Village Pizza
would be nice.

Hammond’s future should be in the second row with the ability to
push to 6 if needed. I think he already looks heavier than he
did last season.
I think Matas’ natural athleticism would be wasted if he bulked
up enough to play second row.

Long day for our forwards I think. Agree with the above, Ive
seen nothing from White to suggest he deserves a place in the
squad. Big game needed from Wallace

You remember those games when we all thought “ Yep we don’t have
a chance”
But we went and got the win against all the odds?
Yep I don’t think this is one of those either
