How are people finding Castore deliveries? I ordered a
Harlequins Christmas jumper on 11 November. On 18 November I
received an email saying "Your order is on the way." Since then
— nothing. No communication and no jumper. Today is Christmas
Eve. I have emailed them to point out that there is now no point
in having a Christmas jumper and asking what they propose to do
about it.

Sadly I haven't yet seen anything on offer from them that makes
me to buy want to buy. The replica playing shirts are OK'ish but
that's about it. The training and leisure gear are generic
designs with no Quins colours and the few non-rugby things are
pretty poor. Also there haven't been any club ties in the shop
for years. Until there's anything imaginative or of interest to
me I'll be staying well clear of the shop and spending my money
elsewhere...

I ordered a replica shirt in early December, it arrived in
around a week later.

That might be more to do with the postal strikes than Castore. I
have had a package from another supplier that has been “due for
delivery today” at my local delivery office (a 5 minute walk
from my address) for well over a week now.

Did you order from Castore directly or from the Quins shop?
I have seen messages on FB from people stating their orders have
been cancelled not sure if this was the Christmas jumper or
other merchandise but I think this was orders direct with
Castore. I would suggest sending a complaint via
supporterservice@quins.co.uk although you may not hear anything
until after Christmas now.

Lucky enough to live a short walk from the stoop so can’t
comment on the delivery issues:
Otherwise think they’re fantastic.
Replica shirts great quality and nice to wear. Training kit
likewise.
The t shirts that just have their logo and harlequins on it -
which I thought would be awful and “generic” are my favourite.
The cut on their stuff is good and fabric quality v good.
Xmas jumper is superb (very sorry for those who haven’t received
in time).
I was super sceptical but have been converted.
