Anything that includes FY21 and no doubt all the jiggery pokery
that went on during Covid times is likely to be very misleading.
It feels like the journos have almost enjoyed the drama created
by Worcester and Wasps and are seeing whether there’s more
stories to be shaken from that tree whether they have all the
information or not.

Rugby clubs that own their own ground are virtually impossible
to work out, as you need full access to all companies involved.
you really need to be a company accountant to know the full
picture.

Agreed. It would be surprising if club owners who own the
infrastructure did not also have arrangements that are complex
and work in their own best interests.

ALso I think every time the owners put money in the club to make
up the difference between money in and money out, that money
goes on the books as a loan. They're not going to be asking to
settle the loan except if selling the club are they?

It would depend on the terms of the loan. It may be interest
bearing, may be tied in to share options etc. Alternatively, the
lenders could opt to write off the loan at a later date.
