He's only been a head coach for 2 seasons. Who left Leicester in
that time?

Think it would be an excellent choice for England, and a
stepping stone fo NEv if he ever wants to be head coach of NZ

The other - and possibly more plausible - rumour I have seen is
that England may approach Adam Jones as scrum coach. I doubt he
would go to Wales with Gatland back in charge, and if England
want to improve their set piece he is one of the best around.

Nev mentioned in passing on the BBC pod (the Sinfield interview)
as a rumoured target for England.

I've seen Nev and Bomb both rumoured. Both would be excellent
choices - though I have also seen Vesty mentioned as a target.

Well on the basis of the Saints game they should take Vesty as
Saints' attack was way better than ours 😉
