I'd guess that the plans are still rather nebulous, & this is
more a "get a feeling for what various people (fans, local
residents, local businesses, etc) want out of the project.

A few meetings over next couple of weeks I believe
I could have made last nights but rescheduled due to the Wendy
ball

An audio recording of the session will be made, which will be
used by Harlequins and Insight Advantage who will be
facilitating. You will be asked to sign a consent form to allow
the use of anonymised quotes as part of the redevelopment
project.
Tea, coffee and sandwiches will be provided on the evening, if
you have any dietary requirements, or have any questions about
the session, please contact us at
customerexperience@quins.co.uk.

I went to the meeting last night - it is in the form of a
discussion group with an external company for approx. 90 mins
I understand there are 6 meetings planned at the moment ( they
planned for between 10-20 per group ) - there are more planned
for the future and we were told they would like to form a
regular monthly meeting
There is no involvement from Harlequins Staff in the meeting and
it is purely to gain information on the Supporters experience
whilst watching rugby in general and at the Stoop in particular
.
The leader offered a number of questions about the Stoop and
other stadia to try and establish ' best practice' for the
Stoop going forward , he didn't take notes , just recorded the
whole session .
Standard marketing practice for fact finding and info gathering
, contact the Club to get involved , I expect if Levi Harris
gets more requests he will host more meetings.
A pleasant hour or so and coffee and sandwiches thrown in .

I was there too...good to meet you Chipstead Quin (I was sitting
to your left!).
The independent research consultant lead the entire session and
was very professional, probing the group for our experiences of
Quins / The Stoop and other sporting venues by way of
comparison.
I felt a little for the Harlequins staff forced to sit and
listen in silence, but it was all very good-natured and
constructive.
It will be fascinating to see how this all develops.
