To re-use a British Rail term, the Stoop will be "full and

That’s a more positive outcome in my view as it shows it’s not a
write off - yet.

My assumption was they are figuring out whether the game can be
held at The Stoop or not. If staff at Twickenham have been told
it's cancelled I can't see that being undone.

I would imagine that it's better to hold it at a 3/4 full Stoop
than an empty one, as they're not going to be able to get an
actual postponement of the game.
My guess is that they'll say that all tickets for the 27th will
be carried over to March 4th, with people able to cancel for a
full refund if they wish, then move to Bris game to the Stoop
for whatever season ticket holders are able to get there, plus
offer tickets for sale for anyone else who wants them.
One thing that would make all the difference for me on whether I
go or not is whether it would open up more spaces in the
Rosebine!
