I'm 15 miles away, but realistically have no way of getting
there thanks to the fact that not only are on strike, but
apparently so are the sodding buses!
I would much prefer that the Big Game wasn't even a thing, but
at least if they moved the bloody thing to March, I've got a
fighting chance of being able to get into the Rosebine on the
27th, as I'm assuming a fair few existing bookings will be
getting cancelled.
Yes, I know I'm not showing Christmas spirit being happy at this
turn of events, but such us my loathing of having to go over the
road that I just can't help it!

The strike ends at 6am on 27th .. what is the actually issue
here ? Merseyrail were on strike last two days and all back to
normal this morning with no delays ?

The complexities of getting all the trains in the right places,
apparently!
I would assume the Liverpool rail network is a little less
complex than that in London and the South East to South West,
but even so it does seem absurd.

Also have to take into account Bristol supporters, staff etc
Can’t see anything but it being cancelled as it does say no
trains until mid day in this
