I appreciate this makes its difficult, and possibly impossible
for some (the strikes). But got to assume the majority will
still get there. I always thought a good amount were local too.
Very disappointing if true. They have almost sold all tickets
already... and football fans cope on boxing day with barely any
trains.

I may be mistaken, but the strikes never seem to coincide with
football matches.

Whilst I think a lot of Quins fans probably can make it in,
there’s a big chance a lot of Bristol fans probably wouldn’t
make it if the network wasn’t up to speed, or even running at
all.
Massive shame and it will hit us in the pocket. Will the game
have the same draw in March? Doubtful. Wouldn’t be surprised if
a fair few refund requests go in.

Thought you were a steward at Twickenham? Were you not working
this event?
Another honorary steward has posted on FB he had an email from
Twickenham saying it was being postponed.
I wasn’t going to steward BG so not had an email.

Hopefully the game is still on but at the stoop , then it is
just another game for Brizzel , so should be straightforward

Would be utterly bizarre to chose it for this time considering
the call ups, but I think it hurts Bristol more than us,
just..but it takes anyway any excitement of seeing the best from
each side go up against each other.
Financially, it probably workers out cheaper to put on busses
for Bristol supporters and offer refunds for those not able to
attend, then to move it to a less sexy date, which 100% won’t
get the sell out crowd they want.
