Wasps subject to conditions. And as they do not currently have a
ground, a team or a business plan, there are still hurdles to
jump.

I believe it has been improved since Birmingham and Solihull
Bees played there, but not much.
It is not a ground where you would want to play Premiership
rugby.
it is also just down the road from Moseley - so they go from
treading on the toes of one fallen giant to those of another.
The principles regarding phoenix entities state they should play
at the former club's ground. This is to prevent someone buying a
failed club
and transplanting it somewhere else. But apparently those rules
do not apply to Wasps.
