Always sickens me that a Head Coach who has failed to hit
results targets presumably set out in his contract then gets
paid off so handsomely for not hitting said targets. I
understand why in an employment law sense but doesn't make it
any easier to swallow knowing that these HCs don't really have
to worry too much about actually doing a proper job.

My problem with EJ is that he keeps saying that he takes full
responsibility for the poor performances but never then puts
changes in place. In other words he is not taking responsibility
at all.

If, as he says, he's the problem then the solution is obvious
and he must agree with it since he identified the problem!

I read this and hope that when it says Conor O'Shea is talking
to England players about Eddie Jones, he's not just talking to
current ones.
