Only thing I can’t understand is why the game isn’t on BT sport
and they have gone for college football
No issue with those who want to watch wendyball, I’m just glad
to have a prem game

Sorry lads watching the football tonight.
Pleased to announce I will be at the big game though so will

It’s not even that great of a game to warrant no rugby. I
appreciate they have the contract for NCAA but does seem odd not
to have a Friday rugby game when they have the contract for that
as well. It’s not like BT Sport don’t have enough channels to
have the rugby on as well. I wonder if it will end up on one of
the extra channels 5-10.

The BT contract is widely believed to be for X number of Prem
games per season. I've seen it mentioned elsewhere that if BT
believe that significant number of potential viewers will
instead be watching the football, it makes more sense to wait
until there is a bigger potential audience.

Oh right, I didn’t realise that, I always assumed it was just on
a seasonal bases rather than a number of games.
